March 20, 2026	Samples received after this date may not be judged
April 10-12, 2026	Judging sessions
April 13, 2026	Medal winners announced

*100% refunds offered through January 31, 50% refunds through February 14.
**Entries removed or not sent for the competition after the cancellation deadline will not be refunded.
